I’m Donaldson, an independent IT infrastructure and server consultant based in Pavia, Italy.

I work directly with businesses that need reliable technical execution and prefer dealing directly with the person doing the work, rather than going through multiple layers of account managers and support desks. My focus is Linux and Windows server administration, WordPress security and performance, control panel migrations, and email deliverability. When something breaks or needs to move, I handle it from end to end.

On the infrastructure side, I run and maintain my own servers using Plesk, CloudPanel, and Virtualmin. Working with these platforms every day gives me practical experience with their quirks, security models, and maintenance requirements that comes from running production servers, not just reading documentation.

That same experience carries over directly to my client work. I manage servers, websites, and domains for businesses that need someone accountable for the entire stack, not just one isolated piece of it.

I started out running my own companies in Brazil, managing teams and taking full operational responsibility. That background shapes how I work now: I think in terms of ownership and real business outcomes, not just closed tickets. After relocating to Europe, I spent several years working in digital marketing and affiliate businesses before returning to hands-on technical delivery, which is where I’ve stayed.

Today, I’m a registered independent professional in Italy, operating under a Partita IVA. Every project starts with a direct conversation about what’s needed, followed by a clear quote and a defined scope, rather than fixed service packages.

I speak Italian, English, and Portuguese, and I provide on-site support across the Lombardy region as well as remote consulting for clients anywhere.
